Baby Massage is not a new idea but has been carried out by parents in Indian, Asia & Africa for thousands of years and was introduced to the west in the late 1970’s.
Rather than being time consuming this wonderful routine is taught to you so that you may introduce it to your baby as part of their daily routine.
You may wonder what the benefits are for your baby and I will list these for you shortly, but I would like to also bring to your attention that not only does your baby benefit but so do you as parents.
The beauty of learning this massage is that it promotes communication between you and your baby. Touch is a wonderful way of showing love so why not learn Baby Massage.
